Children may get 'better' immunity from catching Covid naturally instead of getting one dose of a vaccine, a scientist said this week amid a row over the UK's decision to jab 12-year-olds.

He said they would probably develop more protection from catching the virus, in a similar way as to how they build up immunity against other seasonal illnesses.

One Israeli study claimed people who get the vaccine are 13 times more likely to catch Covid than those who have recovered from a previous infection. 

It comes after the JCVI recommended on Wednesday that over-50s should get a third dose of the Covid vaccine six months after their second shot.

We keep getting told to 'trust the science' - seems that only stands when the 'science' backs the official narrative.
