The training documents show that staff were asked to complete a 'privilege checklist' , and read a series of how-to guides, including '75 Things White People Can Do for Racial Justice.'

It also called for white staff to 'decolonize your bookshelf', 'participate in reparations,' and take time to understand and embrace the defund the police movement.

The 22-page 'Reimage Tomorrow' document says to 'take ownership of educating yourself about structural anti-black racism' and to 'work through feelings of guilt, shame and defensiveness to understand what is beneath them and what needs to be healed.'

The documents specifically tells employees to 'challenge color-blind ideologies and rhetoric, such as the phrase 'all lives matter.'

Disney also sponsored a 21-day racial equity challenge, which starts with a lesson on systemic racism and tells participants they have 'all been raised in a society that elevates white culture over others.'
