Five Great Underdog Victories

When it comes to armed conflict, the best way of winning is to be superior to the enemy in numbers, equipment, morale and tactics. But every now and again, throughout history, we find examples where the underdogs triumph against all such odds.

This well-made and concise video gives five examples of such inspirational victories, starting with the Siege of Malta, which saw a few hundred Crusader knights battling a vast Muslim force for the survival not just of the garrison, but arguably the whole of Europe.
