Abide With Me has traditionally been a key part of Remembrance Day services all over Britain and the former Dominions. In 2020, with their service banned under lockdown tyranny, the good folk at the historic parish church (pictured) in the Staffordshire town of Aldridge put together this lovely little video.
As moving and professional as any of the big public commemorations, it sums up the solemn emotions and sad pride of this very special day.
"We WILL remember them".
