On this very special day, our guest presenter Jim Dowson delves into the History of Thanksgiving and the story of the first ever Thanksgiving.

In September 1620, a small ship called the Mayflower left Plymouth, England, carrying 102 passengers—an assortment of religious separatists seeking a new life. Little did they know they would be the founding stock of the greatest and most powerful nation in all of history.

This is the genesis of the American story!

Today, let us all give heartfelt thanks for family, friends, comrades, and all who love us and whom we love.

Let us also be ever mindful of the treasures we have received from our noble ancestors: treasures of science, art, medicine, music, literature, high demeanor, and an unshakable faith in the heritage and destiny of our people.

Ours is a heritage worth fighting and dying for!

On this day, we give thanks to God for our freedom, our heritage and pray that he watches over us as we enter the dark age of liberalism.
