Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam said firearms and other weapons will be banned on state Capitol grounds in Richmond ahead of a gun rights rally on Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
This is only the beginning!
Northam said the state of emergency will be in place from Friday evening to Tuesday evening. The ban includes open and concealed firearms and other weapons like sticks, bats and chains, according to the emergency declaration order.
A disarmed citizenry is a compliant citizenry!
Philip Van Cleave, president of the Virginia Citizens Defense League, a pro-gun group, said he "doesn't believe the governor has the right to ban weapons."
What we are seeing here is just the beginning of the war on the 2nd amendment. If President Trump falls to defeat in 2020, make no mistake about it, the first task of our new democratic overlords will be to strip every, decent, hard-working American or his and her right to bear arms and defend themselves.
Tyranny could very well be on its way. Listen up American brothers, look to Europe, a disarmed, disorganised populace under the iron boot of their anti-Christian muticultural regimes, do not be like us!
