Unthinking compliance is a habit. And it can be a very dangerous one, both to individuals and to society as a whole.
In this case, getting people to accept being swiped with a lint roller in order to go into a building is a harmless bit of fun, which doubles as incisive wordless commentary on the human condition. The point is well made - the elite's 'war on terror' and long 'covid emergency' have produced levels of unthinking or cowardly compliance which bode very badly for the future.
