Westerners have become so comfortable and complacent in a society filled with luxuries, opportunities and relative safety, that it skews our perception of reality. The same privileges that we experience and take for granted do not extend to countries in the middle East. Unlimited tolerance will inevitably lead to the disappearance of tolerance. Make no mistake about it, more of them will follow in the footsteps of this tragic and delusional couple.
