Above: A sheet of foil rolled out and cut ready to be put up on the skylight side of the sloped 'skiling'. Below: That bit of the job is now done. This is now ready for the plasterboards, although that work won't be started until the remaining foli work is done over the hallways and in the other last few places where this stage still needs to be finished off.

We are hoping to have the flooring contractor in very shortly to lay the laminate flooring in the first floor bedrooms which have already been plastered. We look forward to being able to show you the results of that soon, because it will be a particularly striking leap forward.

The recent disturbances in England and Northern Ireland has served as a timely reminder of the need to get this whole project finished before it is really needed. Dramatic times are coming; we need to be able to accommodate groups of good young men for training events. We need to be able to offer shelter to genuine refugees from our own communities, and of course to persecuted Christians.
