Biden held out for a while to let all the crazy candidates announce first and spout their nonsense, discrediting themselves at the same time. This is a brilliant strategy. He is by far the most reasonable choice compared to the rest of the looney tunes characters running on the Democratic platform and that make him very, very dangerous.
