Hated for his name’s sake!
Follow @KnightsTempOrgAll of the selected Twelve Apostles except St. John were tortured to death very cruelly for not denying Faith in Jesus. Perhaps this is a reminder to us that our sufferings here are indeed minor compared to the intense persecution and cold cruelty faced by the apostles, disciples during their times for the sake of the Faith.
These events also shows us the Validity of the Real True living God, that these apostles and so many other martyrs will not die this kind of torture some death to tell a lie that Jesus Christ is REAL and He is the One and only True living God.
“And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: But he that endureth to the end shall be saved.” Matthew 10:22
